Returns and Changes

Before making a purchase with Curtiss Custom Knives LLC, please make sure you understand our policy for product returns and cancellations.

Return Policy

We offer returns on Curtiss Custom Knives LLC products that are unopened and unused for up to seven days from the date of receipt by the customer.
We do not offer returns on customized products.
Items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.
Curtiss Custom Knives LLC charges a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
Your refund will be complete when we verify that any returned items are unopened and unused.

Order Cancellations

We do not offer returns on custom orders. You are responsible for processing fees if you cancel an order after placing it on the website store, even if the item has not yet shipped. Those fees include the 3.5% amount that Curtiss Custom Knives LLC is charged by our payment processor when an order is placed, regardless of whether you cancel or not. Please be aware before you order that these fees will be taken out upon cancellation.

The best way to ship to us is USPS Priority Mail. UPS is ok also. Do not ship FedEx! We will not get the package.

Custom vs. production

Custom Knives

Curtiss Custom Knives LLC is the maker of all Custom knives on this website right here in our shop in Michigan and will be labeled as such. All Custom knives will be one-off orders or whatever we build at that time and sold by Curtiss Custom Knives LLC or our dealer network.
